There are numerous advertisements offering instant money, guaranteed money, get rich overnight, etc., etc., but unless you personaly recruit, nobody can really offer you a cast iron guarantee that you will make any money whatsoever. So here is the deal, still no guarantees, but you decide if you'll make money....
If you signup for our newsletter you will, from time to time, be offered, on a first come, first served basis, targeted sponsorship advertising on specific domains containing a collection of some of the PLR that we own.
Each domain offered will have a maximum number of sponsors based on our valuation of what a domain would sell for at auction. Once all the sponsorships have been allocated the domain will be auctioned with 90% of the selling price being equally divided between sponsors. The reserve price will be set so as to generate a minimum ROI of 35% based on sponsorship monies paid.
Obviously, not every site auctioned sells. In the event a domain doesn't sell, it will be worked on - SEO, Link Building, etc., - before being returned to Auction. Eventually, it will sell and the sponsors will receive their minimum 35% ROI, as originally stated.
EXAMPLE #1
We would look to sell a simple 5 page blog with no traffic or backlinks at Auction with a reserve of $36.00
Based on this reserve we would be willing to support two featured adverting sponsors at $12 each on a linked page (See simple example here.) until such time as the site was sold. Once a site sells we would have no control over whether the new owner will leave your link in place.
90% of the sales price would be distributed to these featured ad sponsors.
If the site sold for just the reserve price of $36.00 this would mean $32.40 would be payable to the sponsors.
Each sponsor would receive $16.20, an increase of $4.20 above the sponsorship fee of $12.00 - a 35% Return On Investment.
If the site sells for more than the reserve, then the sponsor return would be increased pro-rata.
EXAMPLE #2
If we sell a site at Auction with a reserve of $180.00 we would be willing to support ten featured advertising sponsors at $12 each on a linked page until such time as the site was sold.
90% of the sales price would be distributed to these featured ad sponsors.
If the site sold for just the reserve price of $180.00 this would mean $162.00 would be payable to the sponsors.
Each sponsor would receive $16.20, again an increase of $4.20 above the sponsorship fee of $12.00 - a 35% Return On Investment.
Imagine if the site sold for $360.00 - $324.00 would be paid out to the sponsors. That's $32.40 each - a massive ROI of 170% based on the initial $12.00 fee and it could happen in as little as 7 - 10 days from when your sponsorship is received!
